Justice 4 paisley and Brynnlee
This page, dedicated to Paisley and Brynnlee, tells a story of a mother's relentless fight against a system that often fails families. While my youngest daughter's experience was different, the underlying systematic issues leading to family separation remain tragically consistent. This is their story, a testament to the enduring bonds of family and the critical need for systemic reform.
The journey of Paisley and Brynnlee
Their story highlights the deep-rooted issues within family separation and the critical need for child safety oversight and foster care accountability. We are committed to shedding light on these experiences and advocating for change.
While Paisley and Brynnlee are now safe, their story highlights the profound pain, separation, and strained family dynamics caused by systemic failures. This should not silence the truth of their experience. They now face the reality of Everleigh being ordered to live with them, only to be taken away after I was forced to waive trial and sign away my rights in exchange for visits and adoption by my aunt and uncle. This promise was broken; my signature was secured, and Everleigh was placed back into foster care. Being separated from her sisters is difficult, and Brynnlee prays every night for her baby sister to come home.
Letter to Paisley Brynnlee and Everleigh
The Currency of the Soul
They told me wealth was counted in commas,
but Heaven never asked a man what his balance was—
only what his heart became while he was chasing it.
We entered this world with fists closed,
crying for breath.
We’ll leave it with hands open,
taking none of it with us.
So tell me…
What profit is a kingdom of possessions
if your spirit lives in foreclosure?
What good is applause
when your conscience whispers louder than the crowd?
Money can purchase comfort,
but it’ll never buy peace.
It can rent attention,
but never genuine love.
It can build walls,
but it cannot build a home.
See…
The devil doesn’t always arrive wearing horns.
Sometimes he wears a smile.
Sometimes he applauds your success.
Sometimes he studies your wounds,
memorizes your fears,
learns your language,
speaks your dreams back to you…
just long enough
to earn your trust.
Because the greatest theft
isn’t taking what’s in your wallet—
it’s convincing you to hand over
what God placed inside your soul.
He doesn’t always come to kill you.
Sometimes he simply keeps you busy enough
that you forget why you were alive.
Busy chasing.
Busy proving.
Busy comparing.
Busy surviving.
Until surviving
becomes the only life you’ve ever known.
That’s the cycle.
The cycle says:
“Hurt people hurt people.”
But Heaven says:
“Healed people heal generations.”
So I stand here,
not pretending I was never broken…
I’m standing because
God kept breathing life
into lungs that wanted to quit.
Paisley…
If you ever forget who you are,
remember whose image you were created in.
Not mine.
His.
Brynnlee…
Never measure yourself
against a world
that keeps changing the ruler.
Everleigh…
Some things were taken from you
that should have never been lost.
That grief is real.
But hear me—
what people divide,
God still knows how to restore.
My daughters…
Life will introduce people
who mistake your kindness for weakness.
Don’t become cold.
Become wise.
Kindness without wisdom gets manipulated.
Wisdom without kindness becomes pride.
Carry both.
There will be voices
that tell you your value depends on beauty,
followers,
money,
status,
or who chooses you.
Those voices are loud…
Truth usually whispers.
Listen for the whisper.
The whisper that says—
You were enough
before the world learned your name.
You were loved
before you earned a paycheck.
You had purpose
before you made your first mistake.
Don’t chase crowns
that require you to abandon your character.
Don’t climb ladders
leaning against the wrong wall.
Don’t trade your birthright
for temporary approval.
Remember…
Not every open door
was opened by God.
Some are distractions.
Some are traps.
Some are decorated cages
where comfort slowly replaces conviction.
Discernment isn’t fear.
Discernment is recognizing
which voices produce life
and which voices slowly poison it.
Some people don’t steal with their hands.
They steal your peace.
Your confidence.
Your time.
Your identity.
Your belief
that tomorrow can be different.
Protect that belief.
Because faith is seeing seeds
while everyone else sees dirt.
I’ve seen darkness.
I’ve watched people sell their souls
for things that rust.
I’ve watched pride
bankrupt families.
I’ve watched greed
turn brothers into strangers.
I’ve watched forgiveness
raise the dead parts of a heart.
And I’ve learned this—
The richest people
aren’t the ones with the biggest houses.
They’re the ones
whose children never question
whether they were loved.
So if all I leave behind
is faith stronger than fear…
Love louder than hate…
Truth that outlives my voice…
and daughters
who know they belong to God
before they belong to this world—
then I died wealthier
than kings.
Because gold returns to dust.
Bodies return to dust.
Every empire eventually becomes history.
But a soul anchored in truth…
a family that chooses healing…
a generation that refuses to repeat the wounds they inherited…
That…
is treasure Heaven never asks you to leave behind.
How you can help
Your support is crucial in raising awareness, sharing their story, and advocating for reunification and sibling rights. Together, we can work towards a more just and compassionate system for all children and families.
